Report from 12th August , 2019

1. Alem as a new middleman: Niklas phoned her and confirmed that her English skills were sufficient. In terms of reliability and commitment, we do not expect any significant improvement compared to Kibret. For this reason, we will continue with Kibret for now. Niklas tells Alem that we don't need it at first.

2. Finances: Due to inflation, Lisandra suggests increasing Kibrets' salary. Lisandra has been calculating inflation in Ethiopia for the past 1.5 years to give us a hint of a raise.
   We switch to Worldremit as a transfer tool because our old transfer tool no longer offers money pickup.

3. Kalkidan unfortunately missed the registration deadline to switch to the Don Bosco School. We will try to ask the school if Kalkidan can still register.
