1. Kibret (situation children, treatment costs mother of Kibret & Nahom’s mother)
   Kibret told Johannes in a phone call about the situation of the children at the new school. Kalkidan and Helina were bought new shoes. For the other children it is also considered to move to the new school. The new school has a higher level, but the children notice social differences. Kibret also told about his personal situation in the current war environment. Currently he does not have much income other than KaJo. Kibret’s mother underwent treatment. KaJo will support the treatment of Kibret’s mother with 175 €. Nahom’s mother has cancer. The treatment of Nahom is supported with 50€ per month for the next 6 months. Recipes are submitted as proof.
2. New Newsletter
   Topics: new school; good level with transition for children, social differences for older children, attitude for other children on change. Call for donations in kind (e. g. laptop)
3. Dominik on website:
   Dorothea puts a small text with a picture of Dominik on the website.
4. News on Social Media
   The ability to upload the latest information simultaneously to website and social media is not technically possible. The information must be uploaded separately.
5. Lists
   Johannes has created new members and children’s list. It has also created a new folder for the godparents on google drive.
